TowerWise is a project of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund. The Toronto Atmospheric Fund (TAF) is an agency of the City of Toronto, established by Council in 1991. TAF's mission is to pioneer solutions that accelerate greenhouse gas emission reductions in Toronto by serving as a self-sustaining revolving fund that incubates and finances innovative local solutions.
