TowerWise has been designed to support and complement the exciting Mayor’s Tower Renewal, launched in September 2008. Mayor’s Tower Renewal takes a broad approach integrating environment, community, infrastructure and economic issues to improve the overall health of Toronto’s high-rise communities, starting with four ambitious pilot projects.

TowerWise focuses squarely on energy efficiency, providing a useful entry point for high-rise building owners and operators beginning their journey towards full tower renewal starting with integrated changes to their building’s energy usage.

These are two important, unique initiatives working in tandem to engage local leaders, tap the full potential of Toronto’s high-rise neighbourhoods and reduce Toronto’s carbon footprint.
